The only remaining problems I've noticed are:ġ. Even the menus work perfectly in 3D so on the arming screen, for example, the image of your plane is 3D while the surrounding options are all flat and easy to read. It's a shame that you have to disable hardware shaders, but very much worth the sacrifice.
Thankfully I saw this thread and have just spent several extremely enjoyable hours blowing stuff up in glorious 3D. As a result I never bothered trying '46 in stereo, assuming it would be just as bad.

I spent ages trying to get FB+AEP+PF to work properly in stereo with numerous drivers and gave up due to all the horrible artefacts (airfields and many ground objects drawn at screen depth etc). I don't know how much of an effect this has on performance but you might want to try it out. Under the section I have seen a few posted conf.ini file where people have turned this down to 4 or 3. So 15 would make the game run on all 4 core of your processor. Doesn't effect single core processors you can use this to determine which core or cores the game will run on. I'm sure everyone knows what this is from the original, take away semicolon to enable it. If I am not mistaken this stands for Valve Anti Cheat in case anyone is interested. Don't know which one is actually working so I left them both in there. Funny thing is after converting the entry "EpilepsyFilter=0" magically appeared in my conf.ini under the section.
Before converting it to English all the threads I read said to enter "AntiEpilepcy = 0" Under the section to disable the freak out filter. I downloaded the Russian version then converted it to English. If there is a clickable way while flying, I haven't found it.
